Meet Melanie, UK Wedding Stationery Designer
As a luxury wedding stationery designer, I’ve always had a passion for those little details that make the biggest impact. My love for paper, print, and design started early and has run in the family for over three generations, read about the History of Oh So here.
While studying for my BA Honours Degree in Fashion, Design, Styling & Promotion, I quickly discovered that my heart belonged to design and print. I knew I was destined to be a designer in my final project where I created a fashion magazine with bespoke illustrations, and even to this day creating beautiful wedding monograms and crests is one of my favourite design elements.
I’m based in North London and work with couples all across the UK and around the world, offering flexible delivery options to suit your needs. We can meet for your wedding stationery consultation, whether it’s face-to-face in Barnet, North London, Central London, or virtually from wherever you are in the world, whatever works best for you!

At Oh So, I offer two options for wedding stationery. My Bespoke Wedding Stationery service is fully tailored to you. Every detail is custom-designed to reflect your style, love story, and wedding vision. If you love the idea of set designs but don’t have the time or budget for a fully bespoke suite, I have exciting news! I’m thrilled to introduce the brand-new launch of the Semi-Custom Collection, perfect for couples looking for something luxurious and unique, with added ease and flexibility. Available for any wedding stationery design including Save the Dates, Wedding Invitation Suites through to your On-the-day stationery for a cohesive and stylish look.

Consultation
We’ll begin with a consultation, either in person or virtually, so I can understand your wedding details and wedding style. You can share any wedding inspiration, colour palettes, or ideas you’ve been considering. Once we’ve decided we’re the perfect match, we’ll finalise your wedding stationery quote and, with the paperwork all sorted, we’ll start the exciting design process.
Design
With your vision in mind, I’ll create a wedding design that reflects your unique style, whether it’s timeless elegance or something more contemporary. We’ll collaborate throughout the process to ensure every detail is perfect.
Review & Refine
You’ll have the opportunity to review the designs, and together, we’ll refine any details to ensure you’re completely happy and in love with the final result. To elevate your wedding stationery suite, we’ll review any finishing touches such as wax seals, ribbons, vellum bands, and custom envelope addressing, adding those extra layers of luxury.
Print & Delivery
Once everything is finalised, we bring your stationery to life using the highest quality materials and printing techniques, including hot foiling, digital printing, embossing, and debossing. Your beautiful wedding stationery will be carefully packaged and delivered, ready to impress your guests from the moment they receive it.
