It was an honour to design and create all of the luxury on-the-day wedding stationery for this unforgettable celebration.

This celebration was truly one of a kind. A romantic and elegant wedding filled with thoughtful details that perfectly reflected the couple. From the hot gold foil monogram to the bespoke table plan, bar menus, and embroidered napkins layered into the tablescape, every element came together to create a vision of refined beauty. I personally loved seeing how every piece came together to tell a story of elegance, tradition and romance.

Raffles London at The OWO is one of the most iconic new wedding venues in the heart of Whitehall London. Steeped in history with modern luxurious and 5* hotel amenities. Set within the beautifully restored Old War Office, this five-star hotel is a masterpiece of grandeur. The Ballroom, one of the finest ballrooms in London featuring high ceilings, sparkling chandeliers, and gilded detailing, was the perfect backdrop for this luxurious London wedding.

welcome table plan & signage

As guests arrived at the wedding reception, they were greeted by a truly show-stopping detail. A bespoke, custom-made welcome table plan. Printed in gold ink that felt luxurious and elegant, catching the light beautifully. The table plan featured the couple’s elegant wedding crest, complete with their initials, adding a deeply personal and meaningful touch. Each escort card displayed by table number featured a wax seal of the couple’s monogram. To further elevate this bespoke table plan design, we incorporated the envelope liner floral pattern as a border to the table plan, tying in the design of the couples luxury wedding invitation suite perfectly. Surrounded by elegant candles, the table plan not only guided guests to their seats but also set a warm and romantic atmosphere from the very first moment.

The tablescape designs were incredibly beautiful, featuring grand and elegant wedding florals with white roses and rich textures. While richly embroidered personalised napkins added texture, depth, and a bespoke touch of artistry to the design.

The table numbers were printed in a luxurious gold ink with the pattern first recreated on the bespoke envelope liner. At each place setting, guests were treated to a luxurious cream and gold wedding menu, finished in hot gold foil for a truly opulent feel. To enhance the dining experience, wine menus were thoughtfully placed on each table. Delicate favour boxes were given to each guest, tying the entire tablescape together with understated luxury. Every detail was considered, creating an atmosphere that was as stylish as it was welcoming.

As the evening celebrations began, a touch of playful luxury was introduced with bespoke dancing slippers for guests. Each slipper featured the couple’s custom crest, embroidered into the slipper in a luxurious gold. A thoughtful detail to ensure guests could dance the night away in comfort while still surrounded by elegance.
